CatalogEaze Terms of Service

1. Service

CatalogEaze provides tools for transforming, cleaning, and validating supplier product data for Shopify-oriented CSV import workflows.

2. Free launch

During the launch period, CatalogEaze is provided free of charge. No card is required and the service does not silently convert a free user into a paid subscriber.

3. Your data

You remain responsible for your uploaded data, your right to process it, the accuracy of mappings and rules, and the legality of any use of the service.

Do not upload information you are not authorised to process.

4. Validation is not a guarantee

CatalogEaze performs checks implemented by the application. Passing a CatalogEaze check does not guarantee that Shopify will accept, publish, update, or display the resulting file exactly as intended.

Always review exports before import.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use CatalogEaze to distribute malware, attack or disrupt the service, circumvent technical limits, process unlawful content, or expose secrets or credentials.

6. Availability and changes

The launch product is experimental. Features, limits, supported import scenarios, and implementation details may change.

7. Future paid plans

Paid plans are not active during the launch period. Before billing is enabled, the checkout flow will clearly disclose the price, billing interval, applicable taxes or fees, cancellation process, and refund terms.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your own data. CatalogEaze and its licensors retain rights in the software, brand, documentation, and underlying technology.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the launch service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every import scenario. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and contact

Complete the governing-law, entity, and contact sections with the operator's actual business information before paid launch.
